The KZR takes the fantastic 140 KZ and adds a few components to ease this bike into mid-size competition spec. If you are looking to start racing on a limited budget, this is the bike for you. 14hp (rear wheel), fully adjustable suspension from DNM and SP and Kenda Carlsbad tyres. The Stomp 140 KZR also features our brand new Evolution frame. The basis of the geometry is derived from our highly acclaimed KLX models but with new features to improve the bikes overall performance. Designed to allow massive rear suspension travel with a 360mm dual rate DNM fully adjustable compression and rebound shock (80mm of axial travel). A light spring is utilised for skipping across uneven surfaces. A heavy spring comes into play when you start hitting jumps. Overall a superior level of control is achieved when compared to traditional single rate shocks. The frame is also 1.8kg lighter than our previous frame and a massive 45% stiffer, which provides improved handling characteristics both on tarmac and on dirt. Brand new 'cut-away' KLX plastics are also introduced on this model to show off the DNM competition shock. The plastics are crowned with the brand new Rorke's Drift graphics kit featuring all of our sponsors logos for 2009. The SP 735 USD forks feature a massive 8.5" of fully adjustable travel (compression and rebound on each fork leg). They are housed in the latest Stomp hi-impact forged anodised triple clamps.
